AI models and providers

Which artificial intelligence models the platform uses, who provides them and where the case fragments sent to them are processed.

Which providers are connected

The platform does not train its own language models. To analyse a case it calls models from the providers listed below. Which of them are used in a given organisation and for which role is set by the administrator in the «role → provider and model» table.

What is sent to a model

Models receive only the fragments of case files needed to answer a specific question, plus the question itself. Credentials, payment details and whole files are not sent. The detailed «what goes where» table is in the section Security.

How to restrict transfers

In the case settings you choose a policy: all providers, no resellers (no gateways such as OpenRouter), region restrictions or local models only. In «local only» mode the files never leave the firm's server.

Providers' role in data processing

Model providers process the transferred fragments on our instructions as data processors, under their terms for business and API customers. We disable use of data for model training wherever the provider allows it. Model answers may contain errors and are checked by a lawyer — see Terms of use.

Changes to the list

The list is updated when a provider is connected or disconnected. Date of last change: 14 October 2026. Questions about data transfers — request@cassation.app, complaints about content — abuse@cassation.app.
