Subscription and projects
The core product is the subscription: the same platform is deployed either on our server or on your firm's hardware. It is charged by the number of seats and the storage volume per environment. Anything involving deep model integration — from commercial models to fully local ones — is a separate integration project.

The functionality is the same. The only difference is whose server does the computing and where the case files are stored. Moving between hosting options is a routine operation; the clients are not reinstalled.
Hosting A
We are responsible for the infrastructure, updates and backups. The organisation's space is isolated. You can start on the day of your request.
Hosting B
Files never leave your office. We are responsible for support: updates, backups, monitoring and help for the administrator. The installation is ours to do.

Storage is counted for each deployed environment and shared across seats — the interface shows who occupies how much. Bulk import of volumes runs on the server and does not consume external traffic.
Models
The subscription works with external models: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Z.ai or OpenRouter as a universal gateway. You pay either the providers directly with your own key, or us for the balance — the markup is stated openly, there is no hidden one.
The firm enters the providers' keys in the admin area and pays them directly. We are not involved in the billing and charge no markup.

You top up the balance, we pay the providers. The interface shows the remaining amount, the spend by case and by lawyer, an estimate before an expensive operation is run, and a warning when a week's worth remains.

We sell in clear units: "200 questions and 20 debates per month" per seat. The balance is shown in money, and the service fee as a separate line.

Local models are already an integration project
If nothing at all may go outside, or you need non-standard combinations of roles and providers, that is handled by a separate project in your perimeter. Below is what it includes.
Integration projects
The project's task is to install the platform on the firm's server and connect it to a model stack as your security department requires: from commercial models under your control to a fully local stack where nothing goes outside.
Deployment on the firm's server, configuration of providers and roles, and control over which data is sent to which service. The files are stored only with you.

Some roles on local models, others on commercial ones. For example, fact extraction and recognition run locally, while legal analysis and debates run on external models.
priced by scope
All roles, recognition and arbitration of disputed pages run on models inside your perimeter. There are no external calls. It requires spare hardware, including for the models.

Terms without the fine print
Against a prepaid balance or on your own key. There is no deferred payment: we do not extend credit and do not create debt.
